1. Subscription Terms

When you opt for a subscription to our products, you agree to the following:

• When you subscribe to our products through Naturopathic Essentials' subscription program (the “Program”), you acknowledge and agree that your subscription involves an initial and recurring payment at the current subscription rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel, including any charges processed by Naturopathic Essentials after your payment card expires.

• Your subscription will renew automatically for consecutive periods, and your payment method will be charged at the current subscription rate for each renewal unless you cancel.

• At Naturopathic Essentials, we securely process payment information and may partner with trusted third-party vendors to handle payments such as www.wix.com. By joining the Program, you consent to your financial information being shared with this or possible other,  third-party payment processors as necessary.

• It’s essential to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information. If any changes occur—like a new billing address, updated credit card details, or card expiration—you are responsible for promptly updating your account. You can make these changes directly in your account or by contacting us HERE .

• If your payment information becomes invalid (e.g., due to loss, theft, or cancellation), please notify us immediately. Failure to update your billing details may result in the termination of your subscription and could lead to your account being sent for collection.

• Refunds are only available for the first subscription order within 30 days of delivery.

 

2. Products for Personal Use Only

Our products, including any samples provided, are intended for personal use only. You are not permitted to sell, resell, or redistribute our products or samples. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders we suspect violate this policy.

 

3. Authorized Sellers

You can purchase our products directly from our website (https://www.naturopathicessentials.com/), and through select Canadian healthcare professionals. To ensure you receive authentic, high-quality products, we strongly advise against purchasing from unauthorized sellers, including third-party marketplaces like eBay. Products from these sources may be used, expired, counterfeit, or defective. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues with products purchased from unauthorized sellers and cannot offer customer support or apply our return policy to such purchases.

 

 

4. Order Acceptance and Shipping

Orders are subject to acceptance and may be canceled at our discretion. Products are shipped FOB (Free on Board) from our facility, and risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.

 

5. Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for your first order if you are not satisfied. Refunds apply only to the product cost plus HST and exclude shipping fees. Subsequent orders are not eligible for refunds (unless noted below). To request a refund, contact us HERE within 30 days of delivery.
